In honor of Valentines Day I was inspired to watch the LMFAO
video, I’m sexy and I know it. Whatever you think of those two
guys, their joyful and fun loving videos are a hoot. As I was
watching it and was giggling away I thought about how many people
feel sexy and know it!

What does sexy mean to you? As I considered whom or what I
thought was sexy I realized that there was an aura, energy,
confidence around that person.  They were moving in their body
with joy, fun and ease. They were dressed in a way that brought
froth their beauty. Enjoying whatever they were doing with pure
passion
 with no desire for validation from someone else. They were
 strutting their stuff, for themselves!

 I thought of different expressions of sexiness. I remember
 watching a dancer moving with incredible ease and grace across
 the floor. A soft smile on her face that showed pure, utter
 enjoyment as her partner swept her across the floor. A glass
 blower so intense with creating this masterpiece, that his
 energy was filled with passion. When his glass piece was
 finished, there was a glow of delight on his face.  A yoga
 instructor who nurtures and cares for her body with pure love
 knowing that it supports her journey here. Who encourages others
 to take good care of themselves. A master teacher who shares
 wisdom with kindness but strength. A stunning sunset filled with
 pink, blues and a giant clear moon.

 By the way, sexiness is NOT an invitation to sex.  We often
 confuse the two and hide our true joy, beauty because of the
 expectation, judgments, projections others have of us. Don’t
 allow that to stop you from expressing your true nature. Most
 people have thousands of beliefs that confuse sex and sexiness.
 In this reality, sexiness and sex are supposed to be for film
 stars, porn personalities and only in your bedroom.

 So today and everyday, consider what aspect of your being makes
 you feel truly present and deliciously sexy.  Is there an outfit
 that looks amazing on you? A hobby that you have that you’re
 deeply passionate about?  Find something that allows you to
 express yourself in the way that brings YOU joy and before long,
 you’ll be sexy and you’ll know it!
