Free Alignment Call, Changes

These are powerful times of change and transformation. How lucky
are we to be living in this time. In the last two weeks the
energy of the planet has upped itself considerably. First with
all the solar flares creating shifting and changing at massive
levels and today with the solar eclipse.

The solar flares stir up doormat stuck energy patterns in our
cell structure. Half of the stuck patterns are your own personal
journey and it’s karma, the other half is humanity’s stuck
patterns. These patterns are deep within your cells, which means
that as you shift your cell patterns will change and so will you
physical body.

As each one of you awakens and clears yourself, you clear
thousands of others simultaneously. Some of you maybe feeling
very exhausted, filled with anxiety, stressed, like you’re on a
roller coaster ride of emotions. These are a reflection of how
much you need to let go.

Remember to have awareness of what is triggering you and instead
of avoiding it, do something about it. Some of you might enjoy
being out in nature, others soaking in a sea salt bath, and
others exercising. Do gentle, kind, loving things for yourself
and your body to release some of the stress of the changes.
Today, May 20th or 21st in the eastern hemisphere, there is a
solar eclipse aligning the earth, moon and the sun. It is also
known as the great Pleiadian Alignment. Through the Mayans we
learned that we’re the 8th star in the Pleiadian system and at
the end of this year we end the 26,000 cycle and start a new one.
What is happening is that you’re awakening to your very being,
your essence. The lies that were given to you that there is lack,
competition, hatred, and all the lower energies are being
destroyed. How quickly you do it depends on how much time and
energy you’re willing to invest in your soul’s growth.

For many of you that I’ve read for, I have always said that
you’re not here to do but to be. The being is the very quality
your soul possess. You soul does not possess a job title, it has
a certain vibration that you emanate. For example, my soul
quality is teacher and healer. It is something I do all the time
no matter where or who I’m with. For many lifetimes I have come
into form to express that.

By the way, there is no one else that has your combination of
energy. It is a specific energy and frequency signature that
can’t be replicated by another. Many of you from many lifetimes
have tried to fit into this reality by investing in others rules
on who, what you’re all about. This is the time to break free
from all of this and step into yourself fully.

What is a Walk in?

I received this great question about what a walk in is. Many people have misconceptions about walk ins. They think that it’s an energy or entity that has taken you over. Walk ins usually come in during times of great stress in our life. When we’re going through trauma and we consciously or subconsciously ask to leave the planet. A walk in is a disembodied soul that doesn’t know it can create it’s own body.

When you ask for help, you are heard. A walk in will enter your body and assist the original occupant to survive. Sometimes they argue with each other about who controls the body. You might hear voices in your head so to speak! Like two of you fighting each other! When I do clearings I look to see if you have a walk in and if you’re ready to let go of the struggle. Walk ins are very normal!

I am wondering what the best way is to deal with the speeding time in terms of not
getting things done? also, how would you explain this to someone who isn’t into
this kind of stuff?

Hi Martha,

In regards to time speeding up and what to do, it’s time to throw out what you think you should do and do only what makes you happy. So look at the list and see what is a happiness priority and what is a SHOULD. Get rid of the shoulds.

You don’t explain it to anyone who doesn’t ask you. They have to chose what they want to know and what they don’t. It’s not our job to inform them.

You’ve asked a very difficult question. The simple answer is, you
    are not here to save, heal another. They have to chose that. If
    you’re choosing for them, that isn’t a gift to them or to you.
    You assist those who ask for your help because it’s their choice.
    When we do it from seeing the potential in another when they’re
    not asking directly we’re being superior because we think we know
    something they don’t. All beings are infinite and know exactly
    what choice to make.

This Saturday I am leading an online and phone, Money Blueprint
Class http://lifeintegrity.com/money-blueprint.html where we’re
removing all past life, present life, judgments, beliefs, thoughts, vows,
promises, commitments etc. we’ve made about not having money. One
of the biggest issues that blocks us for having more money is
judgment. We’re so uncomfortable with others judgment or leaving
them behind that we might stop ourselves from having more money
and being more on this planet.

I often notice this happening with my clients when they’re ready
to get to the next level. Their family or friends pull them
backwards. Let’s say you want to make more money. You mention
this to your friends or family and you immediately feel yourself
contract with their judgment. Or you decide to make more money
and you sense that if you do you’ll have to leave them behind.
Sometimes it’s even more subtle as a past life vow or promise you
made that you would NEVER leave a person, family, community,
culture behind no matter what.

If you’re a healer, sensitive to energies or do any kind of
service work this is a big issue. When I started my business and
sometimes even now, I receive a LOT of judgment that healers
should not charge money. That it should be free. What I perceived
was in this reality, money takes care of our life and living. We
require money to pay for things that our body needs. I realized
that in many past lives where bartering was involved I did that.
In this lifetime, bartering doesn’t pay mortgages, dental bills,
electricity. Perhaps in the future it will but now it doesn’t. I
had made past life vows that kept me stuck financially, living in
a different time, space and reality. I was also scared of others
judgments. This of course led me to attract people who didn’t
appreciate the amount of time, energy and dedication I had to
create success for them.

After I cleared a lot of the judgment of others and mine, I upped
the game. I decided to only spend personal time with people who
were willing to help me expand and be all of me. I let go of
people who competed with me, manipulated me, were passive
aggressive and didn’t want to gift and contribute to me. I
stopped trying to be the nice girl (another belief!) who didn’t
annoy others and become the person I am here to be.

Look into your world and notice who’s pulling on you and keeping
you stuck. Are there people in your life who compete with you?
Are passive aggressive if you change and become your spectacular
self? Who don’t want to gift and contribute to you, just take?
Are you allowing them to be the reason you can’t be ALL OF YOU
all the time?

Is it time to let go of the judgment from others and start
becoming fully yourself no matter what? I hope it is, as this
planet needs you now more than ever.

The energies on the planet are accelerating at light speed. Instead of
a 24 hour day we’re working with a 18 hour day. The energy shifts are
immense, fast and quite often overwhelming. Energies and people are
moving in two ways. One is with the flow and ease and the other is
with resistance. If you’re still holding onto other people’s stories of
life and living there is no better time than now to find out what you’d
like to create in your reality. In January I wrote a newsletter about
who’s life are you leading. Here it is again. Please pay special attention to it now. As we move
towards the end of 2012, whatever we hold onto becomes our reason to suffer.

99% of the time we are living out the fantasies and dreams of others. Parents, our friends, society or even who we were in our past lives. Let me expand.
When you are in your mothers womb you are listening to her voice and thinking that you are her.
What she thinks and feels about herself, the food she’s eating, who she’s with and what is
happening to her is constantly chattering through her mind. You are directly connected to her and
sense, feel and think whatever she is. If you hear your fathers voice, or whomever else’s around
her, you will gather that information as yours as well.

Within the first three months of being in the womb, your past life karma is downloaded in your
spine as karma knots. This brings in all the data of all lifetimes you’ve lived including
all the experiences associated with it. All that energy from that other person or people you were.
Within the first 810 years of coming of your mother’s womb, your brain is in a hypnotic state
picking up the way to be in this reality from the people around you. They teach you what love,
money, relationship, health, fun joy, laughter, flow, lack sex etc. is. Being that you are incredibly
sensitive and pick up everyone’s thoughts, feelings at all times, you have picked up all the data on
how to live life in this reality. You maybe living other people’s life and wondering why it’s not
working for you. NOTHING is wrong with you! You just didn’t know you were living out other
people’s realities! Spend a few minutes answering these questions.

1. If no thought, feeling, person could come in your way, what would YOU like to create?
2. What would you do, be, receive just for the fun of it?
3. Is what you’re doing now or what you’d like to do rewarding?
So check and see who’s life you’re living, and if it’s not yours, make a new choice that works for
you.

In my last newsletter I wrote about how consciousness is
shifting and one possible way it may show itself. If you’d like
to read it, please go to my website under free and blog. I
received a lot of feedback about it and wanted to clarify a few
things.

When you let go of all attachments it means ALL attachments.
Letting go doesn’t mean that you let go with resentment and
disappointment. It means accepting the person, situation,
experience for exactly what it is with pure love.

The hardest version of detachment is with people that we have
some kind of significant relationship with. Family, friends,
mates, lovers, co-workers. We have invested so much time and
energy into them that it feels very uncomfortable detaching.
They have such a big meaning, significance to us that it would
be cruel to let that energy go. It’s as if, the more we feel the
more we love them.

We often think we’re detaching when we say, “Fine, I just won’t
deal with them anymore. I don’t need them anyways. This is where
I need to be. I’ll just ignore it. It doesn’t affect me
anyways. It’s their choice not mine.” When at the very depth of
our being we are disappointed, angry, sad or still hurt. We’re
crying for something to change so we feel at ease with that
energy. The more we invest energy or resist something it
persists. Detachment cannot occur, there is no freedom no
release.

Detachment is when you’re in the presence of the issue, person,
experience and you allow it to be EXACTLY the way it is with no
expectation, need, requirement, want, that it changes. AND you
fully acknowledge that it is perfect, beautiful and most
importantly it is loveable. That you can love that person,
situation, experience and SELF fully and completely. Detachment
is when your energy no longer needs to fight or resist another
energy. When you do that, there is nothing that will affect you.

You are finally at pure choice and pure actualization.
A great way to start this process is to find every single thing
that you are resisting or battling with. See it for what it is
and your investment in it staying alive. And then chose to
forgive it and yourself. It’s okay to stop the fight. It doesn’t
mean you gave up, or that you’re wrong. It simply means that you
are allowing yourself to finally be free.

Shift of Consciousness

In the last few weeks the energies of consciousness have
intensified. The way I describe it is that many of us where
moving up the roller coaster waiting to reach the top and allow
for the ride to begin. The free fall to start. That has begun.
This is very personal to me but I hope it will provide you with
some insights and awareness on what is happening. Two weeks ago
in meditation I was asked if I was willing to let go of all
attachments. Being an addictive human I hesitated with the
answer.

Let go of love, my body, my work, my wants and wishes, my
friends, my family? Letting go of physical things was very easy,
but people was very hard. I am VERY blessed to be surrounded with
phenomenal people as friends, a mate, and family. To let that go
seemed quite uncomfortable, quite unnecessary. I being brilliant,
started to negotiate what I could detach from what needed to stay
LOL

Once I let go I described it as jumping off a cliff and not
knowing where I would land. We of course have done it in many
parts of life. Quitting or losing a job or relationship, health,
wealth, mind etc. Yet all at the same time? That is referred to
as the dark night of the soul. All there is is you and your
connection to the source energy. And in time even that goes
away. The conversations with angels, fairies, guides, teachers
everything is gone. There is only you, the one with the one
being the one, feeling the one and expressing the one.

There is nothing except you as it always has been. You have just
arrived home. I can honestly say that as I sit with this, there
are moments where I am jarred out of the oneness and back into
role playing. This usually occurs when someone insists on playing
a role with me. It is very confusing at times. Playing a limited
role of human in a female body, of East Indian decent, married to
a Danish man, living in America doing energy work. I have been
catching myself in these moments asking, who’s reality is this?
Who’s rules and why did I ever agree to them?

I have realized that this is the oneness for me. A connection to
you and everything with no judgment. What I do know is that this
energy is flooding the planet now and we can make a choice, live
in our stories or do everything we can to step out of the role
playing and be the orchestrator.

As you move with the oneness that is available to you here and
now, allow the truth of you to come forward. Make sure you have a
few awesome people to connect to as your awareness is
intensified, be with the moment as all is well and allow allow
allow for all of this to occur.

Because of this shift in consciousness, the expansion retreat
will be stronger and more powerful. You will be connecting to the
oneness and learning why you the oneness came into physical form
and what you’re here to do. You will learn your core mission in
human form, and let go of anything that is keeping you contained
in a 3d reality. You will also learn how to use the new expansive
energies of the oneness to shift your reality into what you
chose, not what is forced upon you. The retreat dates are April

don’t know. I go with what is asked of me. It could be in summer

One of my deepest wishes was to return back energetically to my 3
year old self. At that point in her life she was still in awe of
the world around here and the pain body was not triggered as
strongly yet. My mom says that she would watch me sit in front of
rocks, animals, and trees talking to all of them and giving them
hugs and kisses. If I played with the other kids it was in pure
delight and adventure, pushing the limits of what was possible. I
often got in trouble because of my exuberance. LOL All of us were
or are this beautiful, pure energy. No judgments, expectations,
pure joy and fun.

We lose so much of it with all the energies, experiences, beliefs
we’re bombarded with or the karma we came into this lifetime
with. Very quickly, we go from expansion and possibility to
contraction and judgment. And for the rest of our lives that
childlike energy feels elusive, except for a few moments here and
there.

So I decided that enough was enough. I liked my 3 year old self.
She was funny, cute, naughty and delighted with everything and
everyone. She knows how to manifest easily and effortlessly
because she has no rules. If I met her today I would want to
hang with her. So I’ve introduced her back into my world as I’ve
cleared out my old grown up stuff.

When I wake up every morning I ask my 3 year old self a few
questions.

“What would be fun for us to do today?” “What would we like to
eat today?” “Who would we like to talk to today?” “What would we
like to wear today?” “What book would we like to read?”

70% of the time she is prevalent in my day, 30% of the time the
grown up in me has to make executive decisions. After all, it
might be awkward for the other adult if I take my stuffed bear to
a business meeting dressed in floppy slippers and flowers all
over my hair. Although I think our business meeting would be so
much more fun.

I have often wondered what the world would look like if our
little ones were leading the way. We could have the wisdom of our
age and the innocence of the child within. Would we kill
everything? Hurt anyone? Ignore the other? Decide who to love or
not? Or would we love and play with the joy of our true being.
Here’s to being 3 again, how old are you?

I just watched the wonderful Dr. Seuss movie, The Lorax. In my opinion Dr. Seuss was quite extraordinary in bringing deeply insightful and expanding thoughts to children and adults alike. I thought about this quote “Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, Nothing is going to get better. It’s not.” from the movie and what it means in everyday life.

If you haven’t seen or read the book, the story is about how all the trees are cut down because of greed. A businessman gets the idea to sell fresh air. In time, the people of the city get used to buying clean fresh air. The main character brings back trees. He is the hero

Many people have fantasies of being a hero or a superhero. May it be a warrior who fights for the weak like Batman, a humanitarian who shows unconditional love like Mother Teresa, a social superstar that frees humanity like Gandhi or Martin Luther King. All heroes of a kind.

So what makes them a superhero and you not? As I pondered this question I wondered if in everyday life we aren’t already superheroes and we just refuse to accept it.

I thought of the parents who work full time, take care of bills, cooking, cleaning, aged parents, take classes, teach, do laundry and the list goes on and on. Or the social worker who goes into the depths of pain and suffering offering hope to those in turmoil. The people who work two or three jobs to create a better life for the ones they love. Military men and women who fight wars to keep others safe. People who understand that the earth’s resources are being depleted and do everything they can to educate others. Teachers who are sometimes the only caring adult in a child’s life and get paid minimally.

I was standing in line to buy some food and a wonderful woman in front of me did not have her wallet. Her beautiful daughter was already eating. The manager refused to take her check because it was store policy. I paid for their dinner. As I watched the surprised yet grateful look in their eyes, I remembered that this is what we’re here to do and be. People who care enough to step up like Dr. Seuss said.

Quite often heroes don’t get appreciated or acknowledged. There are no big medals of honor or newspaper articles. They are you and me. People who do things out of the goodness of their hearts, who change realities without realizing they are.

Can you acknowledge the hero you are? I can.

One of my favorite places to visit where I live is, Walden Pond
in Concord, Massachusetts. As soon as you’re a mile away from
this picturesque New England town you can feel the energy change.
There is a stillness there that is rare to find. I believe there
is a vortex of energy in Concord that brought about the new age
movement of a few hundred years ago. Famous American authors such
as Thoreau (Walden), Louisa M. Alcott (Little Women), Emerson
(Self Reliance) lived or were inspired by this place.

Walden pond would be their favorite destination. I love being
there because there is stillness that goes deep within my very
being. If I stand still I can sense, feel, know the sunlight,
wind, water and forest. I am that which is the earth. I am that
which is the essence of my very breathe. I am that which is the
oneness of all. I am the I am presence.

I adore laying under the trees and letting them sing to me.
Letting the birds serenade my very essence. As I walk away from
this place I immediately crave it again! “I must return
tomorrow”, I say. LOL

Going back to the noise that is our world can sometimes be
shocking to the system. Energy pulls us all over the place in the
shape of responsibility, expectations, bills, cooking, cleaning
and the list goes on and on. We get so used to it that stillness
becomes something we do on special occasions, holidays,
vacations. So I wondered, how do I continue to have this
stillness inside of me? How can I take Walden Pond wherever I am?

My breathe. When I’m at Walden Pond my breathe slows down and I
am at ease. My body relaxes and my mind is quiet. My focus
improves and I notice everything around me with no judgment, just
pure observation.

Yes, it is my breathe that can bring me stillness. For a few
minutes a day, I look out my window and look at the beautiful
tree in front of me. The tree that has gifted me it’s breathe
with pure love and no expectations. Connecting my mind to my body
and my body to my soul and my soul to all that is. Stillness…
space…peace… Walden Pond in my very being.

The karma clearing weekend is going to be a doozy of clearings.
If you’re wondering about what clearing all your karma can do
for you then I want to start by explaining what Karma is. Karma is NOT a
punishment for mistakes you made in the past. What you sow you
must repeat. What goes around comes around.

Karma are choices, decisions, vows, contracts, pledges, beliefs
that you made at some point in your time line that have locked
down your life and your living. This can be past life if you
believe in them, OR present life. Let me give you some examples.

Let’s say in one of your past lives you made billions of
dollars. You were judged for it, perhaps even killed for it. You
then decided that it was bad to make that much money, so you
decided to make millions instead. At that point something else
happened that contracted you, perhaps all the money was
forcefully taken away, you lost the business, your husband or
your wife left you and you were thrown in prison. So you decided
that millions brings you to much pain and hardship, so you chose
to hide your ability to manifest.

In this lifetime you watched your parents struggle with their
health, wealth happiness, and relationships. Since you were so
young and looked to them for the rules on how to be here, you
accepted and believed them. You believed them when they said you
were not smart enough, good enough, loved enough. Or if they
believed that about themselves, you accepted that as your truth
as well.

We have made millions of choices like that over our time line to
diminish our gifts. Gift such as being master attractors,
healers, financial geniuses, having incredible relationships.
Each time we made decision that we cannot be who we really chose
to be, that created karma.

In the Blast All Your Karma Weekend, you are clearing up all
those past vows, promises, contracts, judgments, beliefs you or
another forced you to make, that you accepted as your truth. The
old story will be over and you will create from clarity, not
limitation. You see clearly what is someone else’s and what is
your’s. And you can CHOSE to go beyond it.

Sexy and you know it!

In honor of Valentines Day I was inspired to watch the LMFAO
video, I’m sexy and I know it. Whatever you think of those two
guys, their joyful and fun loving videos are a hoot. As I was
watching it and was giggling away I thought about how many people
feel sexy and know it!

What does sexy mean to you? As I considered whom or what I
thought was sexy I realized that there was an aura, energy,
confidence around that person. They were moving in their body
with joy, fun and ease. They were dressed in a way that brought
froth their beauty. Enjoying whatever they were doing with pure
passion
with no desire for validation from someone else. They were
strutting their stuff, for themselves!

I thought of different expressions of sexiness. I remember
watching a dancer moving with incredible ease and grace across
the floor. A soft smile on her face that showed pure, utter
enjoyment as her partner swept her across the floor. A glass
blower so intense with creating this masterpiece, that his
energy was filled with passion. When his glass piece was
finished, there was a glow of delight on his face. A yoga
instructor who nurtures and cares for her body with pure love
knowing that it supports her journey here. Who encourages others
to take good care of themselves. A master teacher who shares
wisdom with kindness but strength. A stunning sunset filled with
pink, blues and a giant clear moon.

By the way, sexiness is NOT an invitation to sex. We often
confuse the two and hide our true joy, beauty because of the
expectation, judgments, projections others have of us. Don’t
allow that to stop you from expressing your true nature. Most
people have thousands of beliefs that confuse sex and sexiness.
In this reality, sexiness and sex are supposed to be for film
stars, porn personalities and only in your bedroom.

So today and everyday, consider what aspect of your being makes
you feel truly present and deliciously sexy. Is there an outfit
that looks amazing on you? A hobby that you have that you’re
deeply passionate about? Find something that allows you to
express yourself in the way that brings YOU joy and before long,
you’ll be sexy and you’ll know it!

There is a lake close to my home, that I love to walk around.
It’s one of my favorite places because of the many old trees,
animals, and ancient energies. This past Monday I went to see the
sunrise. As I walked around I noticed how amazing nature was.
Within an hour, the sky went from being purple and red from the
sun rise, to being dark and gray with storm clouds coming.

Birds who were flying high with the dawn of the day, hid in trees
and bushes. The wind became stronger and the squirrels
disappeared. I passed my favorite tree as snow began to fall and
I realized how easily and effortlessly nature goes with change.

I didn’t see my favorite tree drop to the ground and throw a
drama and trauma fit on how unfair it was that it was so bright
and shiny and now it was being snowed on. I didn’t notice the
birds pout in anger and shock that it was snowing. I saw ease and
flow.

It made me wonder, why do humans have such a hard time with
change and why does nature have such an easy time?

Nature has an awareness about what’s going to happen that we
refuse to have. For example, years ago when the tsunami hit
Thailand, all the animals went to higher ground. Change was
coming and instead of fighting or denying it, they created ease
by doing something different.

How often have you sensed that a relationship, situation,
experience doesn’t feel quite right and yet you still go ahead?
You have the awareness that it’s not 100%, but unlike nature you
refuse to accept and allow yourself to have ease. You chose to go
the difficult route, hoping, praying that it’ll turn our alright.

Nature also knows that when it allows itself to change, it
experiences even more of everything. The birds, trees knew that
with the snow came water and resources for possibly the rest of
the year. Have you ever been fired from a job or left it and
found something better, perhaps even happiness? Left a
relationship only to meet someone a LOT nicer?

Nature has no investment in anything. A tree doesn’t say to a
squirrel, “Hey you lived in me for 2 years, how dare you move to
another tree. I am shocked and dismayed that you changed your
mind and now I will cry in anger at your choice.” All energies
are free to chose at all times what works best for it. When we
try to control something, we stick it and stick ourselves. This
is how karma can get locked down in our being.

Change is a wonderful thing if you allow it to come to you with
ease. Pay attention to the information you’re getting, don’t
ignore or avoid it. The Oneness is providing you with all that
you need to make it easy for you. But it can’t force you to hear
or receive the information. That choice is yours.

I work with some of the most powerful people on the planet. I am
    very very lucky and blessed! What I notice is that they were
    never given permission to be powerful. They have an idea that
    they are, like a concept, but to feel it, know it and live it
    seems to be the hiccup.

    What is being powerful and why do we shy away from it for
    ourselves or others? Let me start by clarifying that power has
    nothing to do with power over someone, something. It’s not the I
    am better than you because I’m powerful and you’re not and I get
    to tell you so. It’s not judgment.

    Power is a state of being fully yourself in your potency without
    having to do something. That you acknowledge, understand, that
    your very essence is a gift and contribution to the planet at all
    times. That you create change here whether you’re aware of it or
    not. And you offer it with joy knowing what it can do for
    everyone.

    The reason we shy away from it is we’re told NOT to be powerful,
    to stay the same as everyone else, not stand out, that it’s
    egotistical, narcissistic blah blah blah.. You get the point! If
    you don’t listen and do your own thing you are immediately punished.
    In some rare cases
    you were told to be powerful by the ones closest to you, but not
    TOO powerful! I notice this often with people in the limelight,
    like movie stars. They chose to live and embody their power and
    we both enjoy their success and also love it when they fall on
    their face. It’s as if there is some boundary of how powerful a
    person can be and if they cross it they must be taken down. Who
    wants to be judged so harshly? It’s easier to hide amongst the
    judgers and not stand out to much.

    It is our nature to be powerful, you can’t stop yourself! Our
    thoughts, feelings, choices create realities here and everywhere
    all the time. Our bodies are doing a godzillion things at one
    time. We are connected to everything, everywhere. We are
    infinite pretending that we’re not.

    The more willing you are to be powerful by just being you all the
    time the more we’re all gifted. After all you came here to be an
    incredible contribution. Your presence is quite extraordinary and
    will never occur again.

So, if you’ve never been given permission to be powerful, I give
    it to you now. I pledge that I CAN HANDLE your power and potency.
    That I have no desire to squash or limit you. That through you
    expressing your power this planet will be gifted and contributed
    to in a way it never has. It is ok for you to be powerful!

Remote Karma Clearings January 27th- February 1st, 2012

Karma refers to the law of cause and effect. What we sow we reap. This is not punishment, it is the universes way of making sure everything is in balance, and more importantly that you experience the full cycle of what you’ve created. If you’ve created negativity, you get to experience it so your soul understands the experience. We are experiential beings. We learn by doing and feeling. The hiccup with karma is if it’s accumulated, we often get stuck or our souls progression slows down.

We all have karma accumulated in our being. If you believe in past lives, then most of it comes from there. When we are born, the karma is downloaded into our spine and creates our conditioning. If you don’t believe in past lives, then the karma is accumulated based on your conditioning and actions during this lifetime.

Karma affects:

Health.
Relationships.
Abundance.
Freedom.
Joy.
Spiritual Growth.

January 27th-February 1st, 2012 I will be doing remote karma clearings this year at 10 AM EST. You do not need to be present for the remote work only the 6th day if you chose.
